Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
No. You do not need to register to place an order. We offer guest checkout, however by registering, you can access your dashboard with added order and tracking information.
Can I change my Order?
Yes, but only prior to making payment. Once payment has been made, a return request will need to be submitted after delivery of goods.

Is There a Checkout Time Limit?
Yes. However, if a product becomes sold out before you can complete checkout, it will be indicated and removed from your cart. We advise to wait no longer than 3 days as stock levels are constantly adjusting.
Are Products Local?
Yes. All products are local. We do not dropship from abroad.

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.
Collections can be arranged, but only for our Germiston branch.

How Do I Track My Order?
We will provide tracking details for the courier service as well as a link to get real-time updates on transit and delivery schedule.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Orders are delivered within 2 – 4 working days after receipt of payment.
What if I'm not home?
If you’re not home, the courier will try to reach you on the contact number provided to schedule a delivery. If you are not reached on your provided telephone number and no one has opened for the courier at your delivery address, a new delivery will be performed the next day. If unsuccessful, we will be notified and will try to reach out to you. In the event that that no one receives the parcel in two days of delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to the depot as failed delivery awaiting further instructions.
Do you offer fast shipping?
Overnight shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please check stock availability prior to ordering. We ship from multiple hubs and to ensure we can make the delivery deadline, we need to know your location and quantity prior to purchase.
Do We Offer International Shipping?
No. We only ship / courier within the Republic of South Africa.
Customers from neighboring countries can arrange for collection with their own courier service.
Do we offer COD?
No. We do not offer cash on delivery services.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. There is a limited 12 month factory defect warranty on all goods, but excluding the following products;
- Hygiene Products
- Food and Sweets
- Disposable Goods
- Goods Past Warranty

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 7 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
